Eligibility

To purchase the Webhost Basic Plan, you must be on a Business Partner PAYG or Webhost VIP PAYG plan with a Trustico® Prepaid Credit balance of nil or less than USD $100.00. Partners with an active Webhost Basic Plan may also purchase to top up their existing balance. Please note that Webhost plans are only compatible with our newer ordering systems - you must have an account and place orders via our regular website.

Your Webhost Basic Plan pricing is activated immediately, giving you access to discounted rates across our full range of SSL Certificates. Funds are valid for 45 days from the date they are added, and the oldest funds are always used first.

Additional funds can be added to your account at any time to keep your balance active. Each top-up carries its own 45-day expiry from the date it is added, so regular top-ups ensure uninterrupted access to your Webhost Basic Plan pricing. Your balance is maintained in US Dollars, protecting you from currency fluctuations when depositing funds from other currencies.
