Comprehensive Service Coverage
Premium Installation is available with most SSL Certificate products in our catalog, with the exception of free trial products.
The service fee is added to your SSL Certificate purchase, and the pricing is shown throughout the ordering process. You pay this fee only once. It covers the initial installation along with every reissue and reinstallation across the entire SSL Certificate license period.
Trustico® does not charge any extra for a multi-year SSL Certificate, and the monthly validity checks and reissue assistance continue for the full term either way.
Tip : Because Premium Installation is charged only once for the whole license period, a longer SSL Certificate offers the best value. Ordering a two year SSL Certificate or longer means that single fee covers more reissues over time.
Whichever license length you choose, the installation work begins as soon as your order has been reviewed.
The Initial Installation Process
When you purchase Premium Installation, our technical team reviews your order to determine the best installation method for your server.
Trustico® will contact you by e-mail to gather the hosting credentials and any additional information that is required. For your own security, we recommend setting a temporary password while the installation is carried out.
The initial work covers the early stages of the SSL Certificate lifecycle. Our team can generate the Certificate Signing Request (CSR) and Private Key directly on your server, handle the complete installation and configuration, and test the result to confirm that everything works correctly. Ongoing Reissue and Reinstallation
Because SSL Certificates now expire far sooner than they once did, your SSL Certificate will need to be reissued and reinstalled at least once, and often several times, during its license period. Premium Installation covers this for you on request.
Trustico® checks the validity of the SSL Certificate it installed on a monthly basis. When the installed SSL Certificate is approaching the point where it must be reissued, Trustico® sends you an e-mail to let you know.

To opt in, you supply the relevant credentials through our secure information collection page so that our technical team can complete the work. Important : The monthly validity check applies only while the SSL Certificate installed on your server is still the one that Trustico® installed. If you replace it with a different SSL Certificate, the check no longer applies and you become responsible for tracking validity and reissues yourself.
Because the process begins with our e-mail, the responsibility for acting on that message rests with you. Each reissue is free within the license period, and because the Premium Installation fee is paid only once, opting in for our assistance never costs you anything further.
Warning : If you neither opt in nor reissue the SSL Certificate yourself before it expires, your website will display browser security warnings and visitors may be unable to reach it. Acting promptly when you receive our e-mail keeps your site protected.
For this reason, please make sure the e-mail address on your order is monitored regularly and that messages from Trustico® are not filtered into a spam or junk folder.
